Refund and Returns Policy

1. Donations
Donations to Khidmateinsaniyat are generally non-refundable. We use funds to support our programmes and beneficiaries. If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g. duplicate charge, wrong amount), please contact us as soon as possible.
2. Refund Requests
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine errors or technical issues. Contact us at hello@khidmateinsaniyat.org with your name, date of donation, amount, and reason. We will respond within a reasonable time.
3. No Returns
As we are a charity and do not sell goods, there are no product returns. This policy applies to monetary donations only.
