1. Use of Donations
Donations support our mission to help children and families in need. Funds are used for programmes in education, health and care, emergency aid, and community support. We may allocate donations to specific campaigns when you choose one, or to our general fund when no campaign is selected.
2. Transparency
We are committed to using donations responsibly. A portion may go towards operational and administrative costs necessary to deliver our programmes. We publish impact reports where possible to show how funds are used.
3. Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable. For exceptional cases (e.g. duplicate charge, error), see our Refund and Returns Policy.
4. Receipts
We provide confirmation and receipts for donations where requested or as required. Contact us if you need a duplicate or have not received one.
